Frequently Asked Questions

1. What Services do you offer?

We currently offer residential cleans, commercial cleans and end of lease cleans. We also have optional add ons! Please reach out to discuss your needs.

2. What if I am unhappy with the service provided?

We appreciate any feedback our clients can provide. If you are unhappy with a service, simply let us know within 24 hours of your clean if anything was missed and we’ll promptly send someone in to amend any issues free of charge.

3. Do you bring all of the cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring along all of the necessary cleaning products and supplies, including a vacuum and mop.

4. Do you do dishes or use the dishwasher?

This isn’t a part of our standard cleans, however if you would like this to be something that you add on, please let the team know and we can do our best to accommodate.

5. Do you do laundry?

At this stage we do not do laundry, however it may be something that we introduce in the future. If you are interested in this, please let us know and we will put your name on the waiting list.

6. What if my clean falls on a public holiday?

If your clean falls on a public holiday, we will reach out to you prior to the clean to organise other arrangements. We may reschedule your clean to another available day, or skip the clean at your discretion.

7. How do I pay for my clean?

We will send out an invoice via email, with a link to pay the fee.

8. What hours do you work?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-4:30pm. Our cleaning hours vary depending on the needs of our clients and our availability.

9. Are you insured?

Yes, we are covered by a $10,000,000 public liability insurance plan.

10. Are your cleaners police checked?

Yes. Our cleaners are police checked, have a current WWCC and go through a thorough screening upon employment.
