Our Vacate Clean Checklist
Read through the below checklist, so you know what to expect from our cleans every time.
General Cleaning:
Floors- Vacuum & Mop
Walls- Remove marks, scuffs and cobwebs
Light Fixtures- dust and clean (we do not replace bulbs)
Skirting Boards- dust
Ceilings- Remove cobwebs
Doors- Dust and wipe
Power Points & light switches- wipe clean removing marks and fingerprints
Kitchen:
Oven
Stove top
Rangehood
Cupboards & Drawers: wipe down, and clean all kitchen cupboards and drawers.
Sink: Clean the sink and tapware, removing any stains and polishing surfaces.
Bench tops: Wipe down and clean all bench tops.
Dishwasher: Empty, clean the filter, and wipe down the exterior.
Bathroom
Shower & Bath
Toilet : Clean and disinfect the toilet, including the seat and bowl.
Sink & Vanity : Clean the sink, vanity, and tapware, polishing any metal surfaces.
Mirrors : Clean and polish mirrors.
Cupboards : Clean, and wipe down all cupboards and drawers.
Tiles & Grout : Scrub tiles and grout to remove any mould or mildew. (Grout Cleaning Extra Charge)
Bedrooms & Living Areas:
Wardrobes : Empty, clean inside, and wipe down doors and shelves
Blinds & Curtains : Dust and clean blinds, and wash or dry-clean curtains if necessary
Carpets : Vacuuming- please note we do not steam clean
Furniture : If the property is furnished, ensure all furniture is cleaned and placed back in its original position.
